His prior associations have included: Senior Associate in a leading Boston investment banking firm, Vice President of Finance of an American Stock Exchange company, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of a New York Stock Exchange company, Group Controller and General Manager of a chemical products division with a New York Stock Exchange/Fortune 500 corporation.
Mr. Lipman holds a BSBA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from New York University's Stern Business School. He has taught graduate-level corporate finance at Golden Gate University, Financing the Entrepreneurial Venture at Babson College, and Corporate Long-Range Planning at the American Management Association.
Jack W. Oliver has over 25 years experience in business startups, leveraged buy-outs, refinancing, sales, marketing, investment banking, and market research. He has a BS in Marketing and attended Northeastern University Graduate School of Business.
Jack is an author and consultant to market research firms such as Frost and Sullivan, Inc. and Biomedical Business International.
Mr. Oliver's prior associations have included: Senior Associate for Healthcare of a leading Boston investment banking firm, Vice President and General Manager of Delmed Corporation's Hospital Products Group and also Manager of acquisitions and divestitures within Delmed. Jack was previously employed in senior management and marketing positions with G.D. Searle, Johnson &Johnson, and the Singer Company.
